Senior Back-End Engineer

• Create, construct, and test new products that will have a global effect on millions of people
• Contribute to the development of a visual programming language
• Create functioning prototypes and tools aimed at increasing developer efficiency
• Within a small, close-knit team, work closely with product, design, and other engineering areas
• Interact with the larger community and maybe have a huge influence with your effort
• Participate in a variety of internal and external open-source initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Working knowledge of sophisticated, large-scale distributed systems
• Curious and enthusiastic about how things operate
• Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and are not afraid to learn from their errors
• Genuinely care about what you make and pay special attention to detail
• Well-rounded and has a great sense of product
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in English
