Back-End Developer

• Create maintainable code by adhering to established standards and best practices
• With little assistance from more experienced team members, design and create code for clearly specified engineering tasks of low to medium complexity
• Participate in code reviews and offer examples and comments on the code being reviewed
• Use a methodical approach to debugging and resolving bugs with their code, and assist others in doing the same
• Write unit and integration tests without much assistance from more experienced team members
• Decide on design patterns, establish architectural concepts, and instruct team members on how to use them effectively
• Be committed to delivering high-quality results and be detail-oriented
• Provide at-scale solutions for customer-facing digital engagements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• 3+ years of substantial experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Thorough understanding of principles and basic functionality
• Some familiarity and a basic theory knowledge of RDBMS
• Excellent conceptual knowledge of relational database design and implementation
• Should be at ease speaking with senior engineers from different teams and delivering complex technical details
• Comprehensive knowledge of debugging tools and techniques
• Strong ability to estimate a task with a clear scope
• Possess a solid understanding of the architecture, current code, and technologies

• Ability to work autonomously, drive projects to completion, adapt to a continuously changing business environment, balance various priorities, meet deadlines, and function in a fast-paced setting
