Back-End Developer

• Construct, implement, and manage infrastructure and back-end services for production
• Help with updating the existing Ember.js application, as well as support with duplicating it in React and switching to React going forward
• Take the initial project's basic form and move its components from being hosted locally on servers to the cloud
• Oversee current AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure
• Control and launch Kubernetes clusters via EKS or manually
• Set up alerts and monitoring for on-site and back-end infrastructure
• Oversee the CI/CD build pipelines for additional services and firmware
• Prepare for Kubernetes deployment by migrating and containerizing old services
• Use PagerDuty on a regular basis for vital infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• Prolific experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Git/GitHub
• Extensive experience with Cloud infrastructure like AWS and GCP
• Demonstrable experience working with programming languages like Python, Ruby, Java, etc.
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with Linux operating system
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
