Urgent Hiring - Territory Sales Manager

Job Description TSM:

1. Territory Planning

• Identification of right geographies based on target consumers
• Identification of right retail outlets to be converted into a tumbledry store
• Participation in trade shows for generating leads
• Competition mapping

2. Channel Partner Life cycle management

• Partner identification and Appointment in each identified geography.
• Site selection and project management from Appointment of Right Franchise till the store lease agreement.

Key Deliverables:

• Target achievement for Franchise Partner appointment
• Franchisee fee revenue target achievement
• Cost of Franchise acquisition

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Min 2+ years of proven experience in franchisee management - convincing & bringing franchisees • onboard, or B2B sales
• Experience of managing projects for the retail stores.
• Minimum Bachelors degree, MBA would be an added benefit
• Bachelor
• Mandatorily owning a 2 wheeler
• Willing to travel for 21 days in a month
• Willing to work on weekends
• Must be fluent in the local language of the state.
• Preferably from the same state (son of the soil)
