Job Description

Shift: Day (General)
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting retail (B2C) customers, including tourists, students, and business travellers.
- Promote bundled services: visa assistance, air ticket bookings, and travel insurance. Monitor market trends and explore new growth opportunities.
- Leverage local marketing opportunities like partnerships, travel fairs, and social media campaigns.
- Generate leads via direct inquiries, referrals, and online platforms. Convert inquiries into sales by providing personalized travel solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and support.
- Stay updated on visa requirements, documentation, airline policies, and travel restrictions. Manage domestic and international ticketing with competitive pricing.
- Train and lead a team of sales executives to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in visa and ticketing sales, focusing on retail/B2C.
- Expertise in visa applications for destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
- Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation.
- Strong skills in upselling, cross-selling, and lead management.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive problem solver.
