Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT to lead the enhancement and support of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional people management skills, and a proven track record in process design and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS HRMS system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the EBS HRMS system and related processes.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities and modules within the Oracle EBS HRMS system.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management and HRMS support.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of the HRMS system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS HRMS systems.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll and Benefits.
- Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and process design skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
- Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management
Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies :
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and functionality.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- English proficiency required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
