About the Role

tsworks is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that fuel business growth and enhance market positioning. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, execute personalized campaigns for account-based marketing, elevate brand visibility, and oversee our marketing operation. You will work closely with senior leadership while managing a talented team of digital marketers, content creators, social media specialists, and presales professionals. In addition, you will oversee key marketing platforms including HubSpot CRM, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our company website to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with tsworks’ growth objectives and brand positioning.
  • Brand Optimization: Enhance our brand presence to increase market share, visibility, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior stakeholders to design and refine a scalable lead generation engine that meets our business goals.
  • Marketing Oversight: Manage all facets of marketing including digital, content, social media, event, public relations, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Platform Management: Utilize marketing tools such as HubSpot CRM, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our website to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with our brand voice.
  • Cross - functional Integration: Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies, messaging, and lead qualification.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and use data analytics to measure campaign success and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Innovation: Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine our strategy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing with a proven track record of generating leads, boosting brand awareness, and driving revenue growth in the enterprise sector.
  • Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing strategies that optimize lead generation, improve brand positioning, and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring diverse marketing teams, including digital managers, content creators, social media managers, and sales development representatives.
  • Digital Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision - making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage initiatives from concept to execution.
Assignments

(a) Lead Generation Strategy Development Case Study

  • Present a detailed case study of your experience developing lead generation strategies for the services sector, focusing on securing high-value leads.
  • Ensure your case study is data-driven and outlines clear, actionable steps.

(b) Content Marketing & Messaging Exercise

  • Scenario: Develop content to attract CIOs and CTOs of Fortune 500 companies to our cloud migration services.
  • Assignment: Create three distinct pieces of marketing content (e.g., a blog post title and outline, a LinkedIn article snippet, a social media campaign concept, or a short email sequence). Explain the rationale behind each piece and how it will drive lead generation.
