- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the overall business goals
- Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and finance to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Develop and implement brand management strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, websites, and advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
