Job Description
Are you a passionate Manual Testing professional with proven leadership and testing expertiseIf so, we invite you to join our dynamic team at tsQs as a Manual Testing Lead or Senior Manual Tester. We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our testing efforts and ensure the quality of our software products.
- Lead and mentor a team of manual testers, providing guidance and support in testing processes and best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for various software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and deliverables.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, identifying defects and verifying fixes.
- Provide clear and detailed test reports and documentation.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the testing process.
- Bachelor s degree
- Proven experience in manual testing, with a minimum of 8+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of leading successful testing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
