We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida.
The Inside Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, creating proposals, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical and analytical solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Tsaaros services to prospective clients.
Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, financial models, and technical specifications.
Conduct financial and economic assessments to identify gaps in clients' current practices and provide data-driven recommendations.
Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with a focus on financial and technical accuracy.
Maintain a deep understanding of Tsaaros services, and industry trends, particularly in fin tech and analytics.
Work closely with the consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of projects from pre-sales to delivery.
Provide feedback to the consulting team on client requirements and potential improvements.
Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data privacy, security, finance, and fin tech.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Sales or pre-sales.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex financial and analytical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in creating detailed proposals and financial models.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , HubSpot and CRM software.
