Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients who require expertise in data privacy and security. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business and expand our client base.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning Tsaaro Consulting as the go-to partner for data privacy and security solutions.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients business objectives and align our services to meet their specific requirements. Articulate the value proposition of Tsaaro Consulting in the realm of data protection.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the data privacy and security landscape. Thoroughly understand Tsaaro Consultings service offerings to communicate effectively their benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to create compelling proposals that address clients needs and showcase Tsaaro Consultings capabilities in data privacy and security consulting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Tsaaro Consulting. Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion. Provide valuable insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.

Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; experience in the data privacy and security industry would be an bonus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
