Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institution

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in HR operations with a strong background in HR policies, attendance, onboarding, salary processing, and exit formalities.

Required Skills:

* Strong understanding of HR software (HRMS) and payroll systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
