Originate new business opportunities across Real Estate and ancillary Industry platforms.

Primarily responsible for expansion of business, service existing clients and adding new clients.

Set Revenue Targets in consultation with CEO and Directors and be responsible for achieving those targets.
Constantly monitor and improve origination coverage and execution.
Select, recruit and maintain appropriate quality man power.
Serve as a key resource working closely with CEO MD and proactively generate ideas and solution to meet client needs.
Communicating and interacting with execution teams and clients.
6-8 years experience in Real Estate Investment Banking at a large Investment Banking or Real Estate fund or Real Estate Finance Company.
MBA degree with outstanding Academic record.
Professional maturity and adept handling skills to be able to achieve origination coverage and oversee execution.
