HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join us. As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for all activities related to human resource, from recruitment to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organizations goals and values.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate human resource policies, programs, and practices to help maintain and enhance organizations human resources.
• Responsible for end-to-end HR operational activities from onboarding to attrition management, to payroll and regulatory compliance.
• Work towards building an engaged, connected, and inclusive culture.
• Take control of hiring process and address the pain points and work on improving the process.
• Will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and should stay up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees.
• Responsible for employee counselling and grievance handling.
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
• Participate in developing HR procedures and policies for improving employee experience and efficiency of the human resource department.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Bachelors degree in HR management or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in human resource management
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and regulatory compliance is a must.
• Strong knowledge of various employment/labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
