- Responsible for talent attraction & sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, compliance and hiring standards, fluency in employer branding and corporate hiring initiatives.
- He/she is expected to understand organizations growth plans, work in partnership with HR team members & business leaders to grow talent pipeline across the business.
- Drive effective sourcing plans through a variety of sourcing channels like internal referral, job sites, media campaigns & vendors including the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of social recruiting tools.
- Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of hiring team.
- Establish a strong collaborative way of feedback mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
