Auditing Jr Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Jr. Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for CA Interns who have hands-on experience auditing IT services companies during their tenure in a CA office. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in internal auditing and contribute to the organorganization's compliance and operational efficiency.

Job Title: Internal Audit Jr. Associate

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (2 PM to 11 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution: Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, operational procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of risk or non-compliance.
• Audit Planning: Develop and implement audit plans, including defining the scope, objectives, and timelines of audits.
• Transaction Testing: Perform detailed testing of financial transactions and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Corrective Actions: Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings.
• Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of implemented corrective actions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
• Knowledge Update: Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
• Advisory Role: Provide guidance and support to other team members and departments on internal control matters.
• Documentation: Assist in the development and maintenance of audit policies, procedures, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor's Degree or Semi Qualified CA's
• Field of Study: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
