Position Overview:
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TrueFan, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads.
- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective outreach strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the industry, focusing on CMOs, brand managers, marketers, and agencies.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce TrueFan's offerings and generate interest.
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations, understanding their needs, and determining fit with TrueFan's solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position TrueFan in the market.
