- Around 8 years of experience in the related skill is preferred
- Lead the design of innovative user experiences and interfaces within the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide the development team
- Ensure the usability and effectiveness of Salesforce interfaces and workflows
- Stay updated with the latest trends in experience design and Salesforce features to continually enhance user experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and developers in best practices for Salesforce experience design
- Proven experience as an Experience Architect or Designer, specifically within Salesforce environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in experience design
- Proficiency in design tools and software
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
