Job Description

- Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and other business systems to ensure a seamless user experience
- Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, overseeing code quality and ensuring best practices are followed
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating this knowledge into solution designs
- Conduct system audits and prepare architectural documentation to support decision-making and compliance

- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably within the loyalty program space
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations
- Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to leverage its capabilities to solve business challenges
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead remote teams effectively
- Salesforce Architect certification(s) highly preferred
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
