Job Description
- Salesforce Architect
- Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications
- Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership
Qualification & Skills :
- Bachelor s degree in computer science (or equivalent area) with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical architect role on Salesforce platforms
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is a must
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales clouds, service clouds, marketing clouds, etc
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc
- Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards
- Ability to direct the implementation efforts according to architecture design
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process
