Senior Product Manager

• As a Senior Product Manager in Truecaller for Business, you will have a major contribution towards the roadmap delivery of products built under the portfolio of Verified communications solutions.
• You will play a key role in the 10-100 journey for a product line that has scaled to become the most anchored offering in Truecaller s suite of enterprise products.
• You need to have the ability to strategize, plan and manage the product delivery from start to finish, ensuring what the team builds, meets the customers needs.
• The Product Managers on our team are detail-oriented, data-driven and have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• 6-8 years of experience with at least 4-5 years in product management.
• Worked at either a CPaaS, CCaaS or UCaaS ecosystem in building communication solutions or solutions for contact center management for businesses in India or globally.
• Experience building consumer mobile applications at scale will be a huge plus.
• Sound technical knowledge of APIs and workflow management.
• You know how to work with partners as we'll as end customers to identify problems and build optimal solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Rich knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile practice(s) and tools including managing a backlog
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• You will play a key role in executing the roadmap for efforts within the Verified communication solutions portfolio.
• You will deliver high quality products in-time, to meet important business revenue goals that excite our investors and customers.
• You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the business communications space.
• You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization and with leadership.
• Build strong relationships with customers, business partners and other stakeholders to generate long term value.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams, product & engineering, analytics as we'll as marketing and sales, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market processes.
• You will operate as the owner of the product backlog including continuous grooming (building, breakdown, updating, prioritizing and maintaining).
• Create clarity for the team by communicating the business priorities and vision and helping them incorporate that into their plans.
• Define release scopes and supervise the release & scale up processes for all products under your supervision.
• Constantly monitor progress and look for ways to improve the product.
• Participate in the evolution of the agile process together with the Engineering team.
