Assistant Manager - Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for projects, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with customers.
• Prospect and qualify leads generated through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique selling points and benefits of the unit and the project.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research in the context of assigned projects
• Generate enquiries through direct sales and channel partners.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Project Sales or related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Sales principles, Presales techniques, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Presentation Skills; ability to work under pressure.
