Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist with 3-6 years of experience to enhance our online presence and engage our audience effectively across our Real Estate projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at ideating and producing diverse, high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies, including blogs, graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and more.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas to create captivating and shareable content.
• Manage the companys social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and others.
• Schedule, post, and monitor content to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand voice.
• Foster interaction with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Build and nurture a community of engaged users who align with the brand.
• Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns and content.
• Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-6 years in social media management, content creation and branding.
• Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to create diverse content formats, including blogs, short-form videos, reels, graphics, and carousels. Should be able to use the required tools independently.
• Creativity and Trend Awareness: Strong ability to generate fresh, creative ideas and stay ahead of trends in social media.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing softwares, and scheduling platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
