Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have experience with various social media platforms, a flair for creating engaging content, and the ability to develop effective social media strategies that align with our brands goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Provide creative ideas and engaging content, including images, graphics, videos, and particularly Instagram and Facebook reels, that align with our brand voice and strategy.
• Write compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Utilize Mailchimp to create and distribute engaging email campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.
• Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to grow the audience.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Analyze social media and email marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, especially in video content and reels, tools, applications, and best practices.
  
  Qualifications:
  
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Strong skills in creating and editing reels, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Proficient in content writing and experience with Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent creative thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using social media tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
