Data & Automation Architect - AI Platform (12-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI, Data & Automation Architect to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven process automation, workflow mining, and task orchestration.

This role requires expertise in AutoGen, CrewAI, WrenAI, and Azure AI, along with LLMs, process mining, RPA, and AI/ML techniques to optimize enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design :

- Define AI-powered process automation blueprints and agentic AI frameworks.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for AI-first process mining and discovery.

- Establish LLM-based active learning pipelines for continuous improvement.

Implementation and Development :

- Develop AI-driven workflow automation using AutoGen's inter-agent collaboration.

- Build process intelligence layers for optimization, anomaly detection, and decision automation.

- Deploy RPA-enhanced AI agents for business process transformation.

Optimization and Performance Tuning :

- Leverage ML-driven process mining for automated workflow discovery and intelligent recommendations.

- Implement continuous AI learning cycles to enhance accuracy and execution speed.

- Optimize end-to-end process intelligence dashboards with advanced NLP and BI visualizations.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

- Develop comprehensive architectural documentation for AI-driven process intelligence solutions.

- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives in GenAI, RPA, and Intelligent Process Automation.

- Mentor teams on AutoGen-based AI workflow orchestration and scalable AI agent development.

Skills & Experience Required :

Must-Have Skills :

- AutoGen, CrewAI, WrenAI - AI-powered workflow automation and task automation agents.

- AI-driven Process Discovery, Mining, and RPA Integration.

- Azure AI Search, Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB), AI-powered automation.

- Hands-on expertise in SQL, unstructured data processing, and AI-based data curation pipelines.

Experience :

- 12-14 years in AI platform engineering, process automation, and intelligent systems development.

- 5+ years of recent experience leading AI-powered enterprise automation projects.

- Strong expertise in Python, Flask/Django/FastAPI for AI application development.

- Experience with Azure Synapse, AI Search, and LLM-based analytics.

- Knowledge of OCR, Azure Form Recognizer, and NLP-driven automation.

- Hands-on experience with AutoGen, TaskWeaver, RAG, RLHF, and process-driven AI workflow automation.

- Strong communication skills and expertise in AI-driven platform architecture.
