Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic software development team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will collaborate with stakeholders, organize meetings, and facilitate communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Project Planning and Monitoring:
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets.
- Develop project strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Create and maintain a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing timely solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair meetings when appropriate and distribute minutes to project team members.
Communication and Documentation:
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Document and follow up on project-related actions and decisions.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained appropriately.
Project Execution:
- Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Undertake project tasks as required to support the team.
- Determine project changes and adjust plans accordingly.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks and standards.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology projects.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to assess risks and provide effective solutions.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge/experience in using project management tools.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Agile methodology projects.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
