Role & responsibilities

1) Plant related Costing : Utility costing Monthly

2) Monitoring and analysis of monthly production and capacity utilization

3) Monitoring Under absorb/Over absorbed production cost

4) Jobwork finalization with the LL manufacturers and its effect on costing

5) Compilation of details for Cost Audit

6) Monitoring the productivity norms and allocation of overhead on the products

7) Monitoring the consumption of packing material wrt to trend analysis

8 )MRP Fixation and Revision

9 ) PTS Fixation and Revision

10) Preparing the monthly Price list Division wise (Domestic market)

11) Preparing the price list (Export market)

12 ) Updation of scheme/ Free Gift in SAP

13) Provide Liquidation rates for short expiry products for Ethical and Hospitroy division

14) Inventory Valuation & related MIS

15) Get Freight cost from SCM for Export Quotation and maintain Export Freight Summary

16) SAP related work (Month end process, Process order TECO, SAP related Queries
