Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our health and wellness programs. This role is critical in driving our wellness solutions within the corporate and individual markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, with a keen focus on helping organizations improve the well-being and productivity of their workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    Identify and research potential clients in the corporate and individual markets. Develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits, features, and ROI of our wellness solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring continuous support and exceptional service throughout their wellness journey.
  • Market Research:
    Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in health and wellness, industry developments, and competitive offerings. Use this information to strategically position our services in the marketplace.
  • Sales Targets:
    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Consistently update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide valuable feedback to refine and improve wellness program offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey the value of wellness programs.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
    • Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
