Piping Design

Job Purpose:

The role stands collaborate within a dynamic team providing customer focused Piping designs for turbo-machinery used in power generation and drive applications. Piping Designer will ensure the engineering design of the piping system, generate the composite piping layout, Pipe Isometrics, supports drawings & BOQ.

Role & responsibilities

1. Reviews the Clients technical documentation and requirements
2. Generating Piping layout & isometrics
3. Develop the composite piping Layout drawing.
4. Maintains project technical files and update Company standards
5. Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, procedures and related materials.
6. Checking and verifying design for conformity with piping standard and P & I Diagram.
7. Make shop fabrication and detail drawing.
8. Design Piping Arrangement, cross sectional pipe rack & Isometric.
9. Pipeline check accordance with P & I Diagram.
10. Design routing pipe per line, spool number and tag number, Tag number valve & Instrumentation.
11. Prepares engineering details and drawings using CAD, Bills of Materials and engineering Specifications.
12. Checking drawing and verifying drawing from vendor.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B,Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of professional experience in Piping system Engineering.
