We are currently seeking a Business Analyst who is eager to learn, communicate effectively, and bridge the gap between clients and project teams. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather and understand project requirements.
- Document and analyze business needs, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Help streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of business processes and IT solutions (a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
- A degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant certifications or coursework are also encouraged to apply.
