We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Talent Acquisition to manage the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract talent pool, ensure a positive candidate experience, and meet the organization's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure they meet performance goals and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the functions to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, Bulk hiring/Mass Hiring/Corporate hiring.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
