Job Description

 
Processing of sales order as per purchase order, which includes verifying correct pricing, part numbers.
and ensuring that sales contracts and all company policies have been followed.
Preparing proforma invoice for advance payment planning for material delivery.
Order execution follow ups with production, quality, and logistics department.
Experience in telecommunication with customers for advance payment follow-ups and delivery.
Experience working in customer service is their requirement.
Experience with statistic software in INFOR LN ERP.
Supporting for preparing customer proposals like dispatch plan and update the same.
Coordinating customer inspection.
Maintain the internal external databases of sales order checklist against received order.
Coordinating with seals team for the purchase order and price approvals.
Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to the customers.
Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
Support and follow up on pending letters of credit note and bank guarantee.
Support for coordination and supervision of the whole shipping process.
Coordinating direct work with managers Employee s.
Monitor industry product and service pricing and cost structure.
Maintain broad knowledge about company s products and services.
Creating customer business partners in the ERP.
