Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer - I

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Support Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on security to join our Viewpoint in Chennai, India. This role involves collaboration with Security, Development, and Cloud Operations teams in India and North America to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. The engineer will focus on critical tasks such as patching, risk management, and supporting new applications while maintaining high system reliability and compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The role also includes building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, conducting tests, and partnering with development teams to ensure high performance.

The key responsibilities involve ensuring security compliance and risk management by maintaining patches and compliance with standards, analyzing security logs, configuring WAFs, and designing secure Azure systems.

Additionally, the responsibilities include developing automation tools for streamlining processes and enhancing observability.

Provide Operational support responsibilities include providing Level 1 support, responding to incidents, and investigating security incidents.

Required Skills:

• 1-4 years of experience in Azure, Windows support, SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Security
• Knowledge/Hands-on experience with SOC2, ISO 27001 frameworks, patch management, and updates.
• Basic scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell/python) for automation and incident response.
