Full stack Developer / Lead

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• You will be responsible for building customer facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations.
• Work closely with the Project Manager,Product Owner, and a team of developers.
• You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential
• You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client's business growth.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Strong in Javascript ES6 and Typescript, HTML, CSS ( SASS or LESS or Tailwind),
• Good experience in ReactJS.
• Experience in developing web applications with strong debugging skills
• Experience in at least one backend technologies - REST APIs, NodeJS,
• At least one database like mongoDB, NoSql, MySql, PostgreSql.
• Exposure on UI Performance improvement techniques - example - page speed improvement, Light Score etc.

Good To Have

• Experience in any ecommerce platforms added advantage
• Cloud platform experience - AWS / Google Cloud.
• Nextjs exposure.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate - BE / Btech or equivalent.
• 6 to 10 years of experience
• Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills.
• A good team player with nice communication skills.
• Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment.
