WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

- Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.

- Collect and analyze user behavior through Analytics data, user interviews, server logs and online experiments (e.g., A/B testing).

- Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into research.

- Dive deep into user behaviors and pain points through comprehensive research. Turn insights into user personas, and journey maps, and design solutions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Sketch out your ideas, build prototypes, and create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or whatever you fancy. Transform your visions into reality with precision and flair.

- UI Design : Design visually stunning interfaces that captivate users and deliver a cohesive experience across all touchpoints,

- Information Architecture : Design a seamless experience for users by making information easy to locate.

- Interaction Design : Create interactions that are smoother than a cat's purr. Ensure every swipe, tap, and click is intuitive and delightful.

- Usability Testing : Don your lab coat and rigorously test your designs. Gather feedback, iterate, and perfect every detail.

- Design Systems : Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and ease of management

- Assessment and Strategy : Review current digital properties for usability, design, and branding, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU :

Essential Skills :

- Proficiency in Design Tools : Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

- Expert in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts and collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members.

- Organizational Skills : Time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects.

- Professional Skills : Proactively deliver tasks, report status, adhere to processes, manage tasks independently, devise design solutions, estimate efforts, and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field. (Preferable from reputed institutions - NID )

- Experience : 7+ years in UI/UX design with a published work

- Tools : Hands on - Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

- Sharp problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

- Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX trends and best practices.

- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a bonus.
