Non-IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Facilitate the interview process, including gathering feedback from interviewers and candidates.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree

2+ years of experience in non-IT recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Mandate experience into C2H and staffing hiring

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various non-IT roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruiting assignments simultaneously.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
