Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume achievement (Units) as per target. (Sales = Net Order Book)
• Achieving Targeted Speed of Sales (Units Booked per month) from the assigned channels, contribution Margin to the site targets and achievement of planned targets
• Increase in efficiency levels of the closing / walk in at the respective sites, tracking and monitoring of the same
• To create and develop direct as well as non-traditional channels
• To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity, specifically for the operating micro-market and
• provide timely feedback as per market dynamics
• Successfully liaison with various stakeholders and functions to improve individual site level channel activities and customer experience
• Development and implementation of site plans and initiate BTL activities as required
• Focus heavily on developing direct as well as non-traditional channels within the region
• To participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
• To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
• Maintains accurate records for activities conducted and meetings done.
• To ensure generation of leads through calls, references etc
• To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project
• To promptly respond on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions
• To coordinate with other functions viz. CRM, Engineering, Legal on customer queries
• To develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients)
• To maintain relationships with the developed sources to ensure market penetration in the region
• To be involved in negotiating deals with customers
• To ensure effective implementation of Marketing initiatives to drive sales for the project
• To liaise with centralized Marketing team for all communication (viz. brochures, mailers, pictures) related to the project
• To continuously track changing trends, customer requirements & feedback and conveying the same to the Project Sales Head
• To track competitor movements in the location and strategies for their properties and communicate the market intelligence

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post -Graduation in Marketing & Sales with 5-12 years of Real Estate industry exposure.
