Role & responsibilities
- To identify potential customers and ensure successful closure of sales for the assigned project.
- To identify new markets to explore and sell the assigned project.
- To achieve the sales target for projects determined by the management.
- To devise strategies for converting leads in to clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good Communication in English and Marathi language
- Good in Mail drafting
- Good in MS Excel , Powerpoint presentation
- Should have minimum 5 years experience in Residential Sales

Convenient office location.
Salary gets delayed for 2-3 Months. Bonus which is part of salary, management doesn't pay citing reason company is in crisis. Management goes for foreign trips twice a year. Don't deposit PF on timely basis. (PF enquiry keeps happening, ongoing case in court) Management are not on same page, difference of opinion. Increments happen only for selected favorites. Has not happened for 3 years.
