Enterprise Network Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of networking concepts and be eager to learn and grow within the IT and networking domain. This role will involve the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance and documentation of network infrastructure under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Network Support: Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving common problems.

Network Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network performance, identifying potential issues, and escalating critical alerts to senior engineers.

Network Documentation: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Network Security: Contribute to maintaining network security by following best practices and implementing security measures.

Learning and Development: Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Familiarity with network devices like switches, routers, and firewalls.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Soft skills

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in CCNA level or higher
• Strong knowledge in scripting languages ( Eg , Python, Powershell) etc.."
