Network Engineer Fresher

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a CCNA certification to join our team as a Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, including firewalls, routers, and switches, to ensure seamless connectivity and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Setup and Maintenance:

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.

Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Firewall Management:

Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure network security.

Implement security policies to prevent unauthorized access.

Routing Protocols:

Work with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP for efficient network performance.

Diagnose and resolve routing issues to ensure uninterrupted network services.

Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Use network monitoring tools to identify and resolve connectivity issues.

Provide first-level support for network-related incidents.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.

Prepare reports on network performance and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certification: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is a bonus

Knowledge Areas:

Basics of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.

Firewall configuration and management.

Routing and switching fundamentals.

Familiarity with tools like Wireshark or similar network analyzers is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience (via internships or lab practice) with Cisco devices.

Basic understanding of network security principles.

Exposure to cloud networking or software-defined networking (SDN) is a bonus.
