• Drive renewal operations for Digital Marketing across APAC. • Guide & engage with regional Renewal Sales Specialists during the entire renewal sales cycle and gather forecast on renewal performance for current + next quarter. • Liaising with Renewals Leads on Risk assessment and risk mitigation plan for Future quarters. • Providing accurate and timely attrition outlook to APAC leadership and global finance on weekly basis. • Collaborate with Credit team to keep track of out of cycle attrition risks and thus avoid last minute attrition surprises. • Partner with renewal sales to ensure timely closure of renewals within quarter and attain quarterly targets for attrition plan/budget. • Quarterly reconciliation on Recurring Revenue attrition bookings with Data Ops & Global Finance to ensure accurate performance reporting on business outcomes. • Quantitative and Qualitative attrition analysis. • Managing the Renewals Book of Business (Digital Marketing) from operational perspective, e.g., RBOB changes, SFDC DR changes, post sales alignment, etc. • Engaging as required with business partners in Sales, CSMs, OM, Deal Desk, Contracts Sales Operations, Finance etc., to resolve issues as stated above. • Driving initiative to streamline processes. • Participate in UATs to increase operational efficiency. • Initially an Individual Contributor role. What you need to succeed: • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical, or business discipline. • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar /related function (e.g., Sales Operations, Renewals Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales, business forecasting). • Knowledge on renewal operations (Pipeline management, deal drafting, retention offers/programs, discount structuring, BU approvals, etc.) • Experience in operating in an internal customer facing environment (telephone/email based). • Demonstrable experience in a role involving ‘critical thinking’: i.e., ability to analyse issues, make decisions and problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting. Pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required. • Experience in performance management --- ability to recognize key performance indicators, ensure ongoing monitoring and ability to collate information into clear and succinct management reports. • Competence with reporting and information management & CRM tools, including MS Excel, SFDC, or similar analytical and information management applications. • Experience in a role demonstrating excellent time management, able to analyse workload and prioritize time based on changing priorities. • Task-oriented, with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand. • Able to manage and handle conflict professionally, and to drive to resolution. Strong influencing skills with the ability to achieve results by leveraging resources not under your direct control. Preferred Skills: • Proven track record of driving renewals/sales operations. • Strong business communication skill (Good command on written and spoken English) • Strong excel skills: creating dashboards, ability to automate reports wherever required. • A proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with business partners inside the organization, and to leveraging all available resources to support the business process of renewals. • Good knowledge of operational support delivery business processes. • Exposure to contract reviews/negotiation/drafting, including Legal and Financial Governance.
