We are looking for a passionate and dynamic TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) English Teacher to join our team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English education to students, fostering a love for literature, language, and communication skills, and helping students excel academically.

1. Curriculum Delivery & Instruction:
   

   • Teach English to students in the middle and high school grades (Classes 6 to 10).
     
   • Follow the prescribed curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, comprehensive, and meet the educational standards.
     
   • Develop and implement lesson plans that address different learning styles and cater to the individual needs of students.
     
   • Integrate various teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, multimedia, and hands-on activities, to make lessons dynamic and interesting.
     

2. Student Development & Support:
   

   • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
     
   • Conduct regular class assessments (both written and oral) and exams.
     
   • Offer support to struggling students, using differentiated teaching strategies to ensure their success.
     
   • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and creativity.
     

3. Classroom Management:
   

   • Maintain discipline in the classroom, creating a positive and respectful learning environment.
     
   • Encourage active student engagement through discussions, debates, and activities that promote English language use.
     
   • Manage student behavior, ensuring a conducive atmosphere for learning and growth.
     

4. Co-curricular Activities:
   

   • Encourage student involvement in co-curricular activities such as debates, drama, poetry recitations, and English language competitions.
     
   • Promote a culture of reading by recommending books and organizing literary events.
     

5. Parent & Teacher Communication:
   

   • Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and progress.
     
   • Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic development and address any concerns.
     

6. Professional Development:
   

   • Keep abreast of new teaching methodologies, educational tools, and trends in English education.
     
   • Participate in workshops, training programs, and seminars to improve teaching skills.
     

• Education & Qualifications:
  

  • Bachelor s degree in English or a related field.
    
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification is a must.
    
  • Prior experience teaching English at the middle or high school level is preferred.
