Job Description

• Work experience as a Web Developer with Proven 6-10 years of experience working as a PHP Developer, Web Programmer with PHP, or a similar role
• Exceptional working knowledge of various development techniques.
• Expertise in programming language, preferably JavaScript, PHP, AJAX, HTML/CSS
• Sound knowledge of Yii or Laravel or any PHP framework essential
• Experience with mock-up and UI prototyping tools
• Understanding of security practices
• Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
• Team management skills, Ability to lead a team of developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals.
• Great interpersonal skills, Sound oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• A keen eye on details
• Exceptional time management abilities

Required Candidate profile

• Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
• Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Completes application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; and troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Oversee & Support junior web developers by providing advice, coaching, mentoring and evaluate their performance
• Prioritise software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members
• Create wireframes to decide on the layout
• Write or review code for various applications
• Run functionality testing and debug code
• Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
• Ensure software documentation is up-to-date
• Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites
