FMCG Sales Representatives who will be responsible for driving sales and growing market shares of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. Their role involves building relationships with clients, reaching sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Their daily duties and responsibilities include: Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify and attract potential customers Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to represent the company Stay updated with latest product knowledge, marketing promotions and competitor activities. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
