Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
Mode of Working: Work From Office for the initial 2 months, followed by a Hybrid model with 3 days Work From Office (WFO).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing insights and recommendations on organizational development.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, promoting fair and consistent practices.
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Partner with managers to identify and address workforce planning and succession planning needs.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Organize and manage events to promote a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers for effective performance feedback and development plans.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on key HR trends and insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering, employee relations, or organizational development.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in Talent Management, Strategic Partnership, Employee Engagement, and Event Organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior leadership effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
