About KeeboHealth:.
- KeeboHealth, a division of Tricog Health, focuses on monitoring remote heart failure patients (HF-RPM).
- The platform integrates a patient app and a web-based software for doctors, using data from regulatory-approved non-invasive devices such as blood pressure monitors, wearables, and digital weighing scales.
- This data is analysed through intelligent algorithms to personalise GDMT dosages, significantly reducing heart failure readmissions and improving patient outcomes.
- With its focus on enhancing chronic disease management, KeeboHealth is aligned with modern personalised and remote care approaches, offering a seamless interface for healthcare providers and patients.
Role Overview:.
- The Business Development Manager will drive growth in B2B and B2B2C segments by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, device manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.
- The role includes spearheading the adoption of KeeboHealth's platform across hospitals, healthcare systems, insurance companies, and other institutions, ensuring the HF-RPM solution achieves widespread adoption.
- This role is also key in expanding KeeboHealth's reach, establishing long-term business relationships, and contributing to the overall business strategy of KeeboHealth.
Key Responsibilities:.
Strategic Partnership Development:.
B2B Segment:
- Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to integrate KeeboHealth's HF-RPM platform.
- Engage with Key stakeholders and clinical leaders in healthcare organisations to demonstrate the platform's value in reducing heart failure readmissions, optimising GDMT, and improving patient outcomes.
- Develop alliances with payers and insurers to demonstrate the solution's cost-effectiveness and drive adoption within health insurance plans.
B2B2C Segment:
- Identify opportunities within the B2B2C space, working with hospitals, healthcare systems, and insurers to deliver KeeboHealth's platform directly to patients under their care, enabling scalable adoption.
- Partner with corporate wellness programs and employer-sponsored healthcare services to integrate HF-RPM solutions into their patient care models.
Market Adoption & Expansion:.
- Drive adoption in both segments, ensuring the platform is integrated effectively into healthcare systems and reaches patients through direct-to-consumer (B2C) models where applicable.
- Analyse different adoption patterns, adapting sales strategies to cater to the needs of various stakeholders in each segment.
International Expansion:.
- Support KeeboHealth's expansion into new markets by leveraging Tricog's global presence in 12+ countries, building new partnerships and establishing the HF-RPM solution in geographies beyond the current footprint.
- Collaborate with Tricog's global teams to understand market needs and regulatory environments to ensure a smooth market entry for KeeboHealth's solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in B2B and B2B2C segments.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition from business development to account management and customer onboarding.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, targeting healthcare providers, patients, and payers.
Market Research & Strategy:.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, focusing on chronic disease management and the growing need for remote patient monitoring solutions in heart failure care.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and emerging trends within healthcare ecosystems to continuously refine KeeboHealth's market positioning.
- Provide regular insights to the leadership team about market dynamics and potential growth areas.
Product & Service Development:.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from healthcare providers and end-users, ensuring that the HF-RPM platform addresses the needs of both clinicians and patients.
- Support the development of product features tailored to the needs of different customer segments, enabling better adoption in various healthcare settings.
- Assist in designing product roadmaps based on market demand and user feedback, ensuring the platform remains competitive and effective.
Stakeholder Management:.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, insurance executives, regulatory bodies, and technology partners.
- Represent KeeboHealth and Tricog at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and develop new business leads.
Customer Engagement:.
- Engage with customers post-sale to ensure successful implementation and support healthcare providers in maximising the use of the HF-RPM platform.
- Drive retention and satisfaction through regular touchpoints, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Utilise customer feedback to improve user experience and enhance platform functionality.
Reporting and Analytics:.
- Provide detailed reports to senior leadership on key business development metrics, sales performance, partnership success, and market expansion efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to forecast growth opportunities and make strategic recommendations for future investments in business development.
Required Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or digital health industries.
- Proven experience managing sales and partnerships in both B2B and B2B2C segments within healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of remote patient monitoring, chronic disease management, and cardiovascular healthcare solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and healthcare administrators.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and payer systems.
