Job Title: Sr. Business Manager - Inward Remittance

Business Group: NR Business

Job Purpose:

- Driving Inward Remittance through Partners and Digital Platform

- Grow NR Account opening through Alliances & Partnerships

- Drive Partnerships for Digital Remittance Platforms to improve coverage and offer value added benefits for customers

- Ensure business is fully compliant with regard to Compliance & Regulatory requirements

Key Deliverables:

- Driving & achieving targeted transactions, fee income, volume

- Add new partners to the network to grow coverage

- Increase registered & transacting customer base for digital platform

- Drive NR account opening through alliances

Responsibilities:

- Drive business numbers through alliances & digital platform for inward remittance

- Identify, design & implement campaigns for improving conversions of the digital channels

- Initiatives to improve active base for digital channel, ATS & frequency of remittance

- Work with different channel teams to improve registration through existing NR base of the Bank on digital channel

- Look for new partners, present them the business proposition, work on the commercials, set up process for payout

- Work with internal stakeholders on new age initiatives for the platform to improve customer experience and to offer value added services

- Work on partner alliances to offer complete NR product suite
