As a Data Architect within Trianzs Data & AI (D&AI) Practice, you will be pivotal to the success of the organization’s data-driven initiatives. Data is foundational to all of Trianz’s solutions, and you will be accountable for architecting and delivering cutting-edge Snowflake data management solutions across major cloud platforms. This senior role comes with high visibility and direct reporting to the D&AI Practice Tower Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Lead the design of secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, ELT/ETL, and real-time data pipelines. Collaborate with the Principal Data Architect to define and maintain reference architectures for data engineering and management within the practice.
• Snowflake Implementation: Design and manage end-to-end scalable data solutions leveraging Snowflake's native workloads, including Snowpipe, Snowpark, Unistore, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, AI/ML, Streamlit, Marketplace, and Governed Collaboration.
• Hyperscaler Design: Use AWS or Azure data-related cloud platform services to architect and develop comprehensive data engineering and management solutions.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their challenges, translating their needs into actionable data solutions that deliver measurable value. Collaborate in proposal development.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models optimized for both transactional and analytical workloads. Ensure these models support performance and scalability.
• Creativity: Think outside the box and be passionate about leveraging your skills to innovate and improve both existing and new solutions while consistently focusing on the customer’s needs.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in data solution architecture and implementation on modern cloud platforms (preferably AWS), including microservice and event-driven architectures.
• Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
• Architectural certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in Snowflake capabilities, including Snowpipe, Snowpark, Cortex, Polaris Catalog, Streamlit, Marketplace, Unistore, and AI/ML workloads.
• Extensive experience with data engineering, data management, including data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), BI & analytics, data governance, data security/privacy, IAM, performance optimization.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, data profiling, and programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
