Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities Analytics Strategy: Set best-practice analytic vision and strategy for the D&AI vertical and horizontal marketplace. Define and maintain PoVs and analytic accelerators that position & differentiate Trianz from competitors and provide a strategic advantage. BI Analysis: Develop world-class data visualization + story telling solutions. Demonstrate how your expertise in visualizing quantitative data creates value for stakeholders. Stay Client Engagement: Regular collaboration and partnership with clients to understand their challenges and needs then translate requirements into analytic solutions that drive customer value. Support proposal development. Service Offering Maturity: Represent and mature analytics capacity for the following D&AI service offerings: Business Analytics & Insight, Analytics Strategy & Advisory, Adaptive Data Governance. Leadership: Represent Trianz and industry analytics best practice as a company-wide analytics and insight SME. Note, this is NOT a management role. Collaboration: Intra and cross-practice collaboration, communication and documentation to ensure Trianz delivers industry best, analytic solutions to our partners and customers. Specific collaboration with our Language Model & Gen AI service offering to mature their analytic capabilities. Creativity: Be an out-of-the-box thinker and passionate about applying your skills to new and existing solutions alike while always demonstrating a customer-first mentality. Practice Maturity: Lead by example. Support Practice maturity by establishing analytic & insight CoE standards and processes. Mandatory Qualifications 12+ years hands-on data analytics experience leveraging analytic, BI, visualization and reporting technologies, delivering insights to customers. Significant experience strategically embedding analytics within business processes and workflows. Any of the following BI certifications (in order of preference) Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) Tableau Data Analyst Strong data analysis and data profiling experience using advanced SQL. Proficient conceptual, logical and physical data modeling skills. Data management, data warehousing and mart best practice experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with business users using business terminology. Strong, self-management skills demonstrating ability to multitask and self-manage goals and activities. Additional / Nice-to-have Qualifications Analytic experience in any of the following verticals and domains: Finance, Insurance, Contact Center, Marketing, Supply Chain. Additional analytic experience with any of the following: AWS QuickSight, Qlik, Google Looker, Salesforce, Domo, OBIEE, Business Objects. Strong DAX and Power Query (including M’) experience. Data governance experience. Python or R experience.
