Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and manage talent pipeline; handle job postings and interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and exit processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive engagement activities and resolve employee grievances.
  • Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and monitor employee growth.
  • HR Operations: Maintain records, process payroll, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies and ensure legal adherence.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and manage learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR functions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
